In-Store Pickup — Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to pick up your order from Kai's Sweet Co. Please read the following carefully before placing your pickup order.
Pickup Location Shop 4/21 Lindisfarne Road, Huntfield Heights
Pickup Days & Times We offer pickup on the following days:
- Friday — Morning & Afternoon sessions
- Saturday — Morning & Afternoon sessions
Please select your preferred day and time slot from the product options before adding to cart.
Order Cutoff Times To ensure your order is ready in time, please place your order at least 2 days before your selected pickup day. For example, a Friday or Saturday pickup must be ordered by Thursday at the latest.
How to Use the Pickup Discount Code At checkout, enter the code LOCALPICKUP to waive your shipping fee. This code is for in-store pickup customers only.
⚠️ Important: The LOCALPICKUP code is strictly for pickup orders and must not be used on orders intended for shipping. Any order where this code has been incorrectly applied to a shipping order will be invoiced for the full shipping fee before dispatch. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received.
Order Confirmation & Collection You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this email before visiting the store.
Uncollected Orders Orders not collected within 7 days of your selected pickup date will be deemed abandoned and may be resold. Please contact us at kaissweetco@gmail.com if you need to make alternative arrangements.
