Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer a refund or exchange due to health and safety regulations

We do not offer a refund for change of mind once order has been shipped

PLEASE NOTE Once your order has left us we DON'T take responsibility if Australia post loses your package or delivers it to the wrong address you will need to contact Australia Post 

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect we require a photo of the product/order to assess refund eligibility, without a photo we are unable to assess your claim, the product/order must be in it's original unopened packaging in the same condition it arrived in
