Hi, I'm Rachel — and this is my little business with a big heart.

Kai's Sweet Co is named after my son Kai, now 11 years old, who has been my inspiration since the very beginning. What started 9 years ago as a cake business has grown, evolved, and recently had an exciting rebrand — and I couldn't be prouder of where it is today.

I'm a solo mum raising two kids, building this business one chocolate-coated treat at a time. It's not always easy, but I do it to show my children that with passion and persistence, you really can create something of your own. If I can do it, so can they.

What started as a local Adelaide favourite has now grown to reach sweet lovers right across Australia — and that still makes me smile every single time an order comes in from somewhere new.

At Kai's Sweet Co, I set out to create something different. Not your everyday sweet treat — but something unique, indulgent, and genuinely worth trying. My goal is simple: to get as many people as possible to experience a little something they've never had before.

🍫 Kai's Chocy Roundabouts A marshmallow and spread centre sandwiched between two buttery biscuits and coated in chocolate. Also available in mini packs — perfect for sharing (or not!).

🍫 Brownie Bars Our fudgy chocolate brownie cut into a bar and coated in milk chocolate. Rich, indulgent, and impossible to stop at one.

🍫 Choc Coated Edible Cookie Dough Balls Our edible cookie dough contains no eggs and uses heat-treated flour for safe consumption — rolled into balls and coated in milk chocolate. Guilt-free indulgence at its finest.
