Kai's Sweet Co ships Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday's we use Australia Post and ONLY Express Post

Processing time - Our Unique products are baked/prepared when your order comes through, WE DO NOT KEEP STOCK ON HAND, so our products are always fresh. If your order comes through Wednesday after 10am it will be shipped out Monday, the following week

We ship to all Australia States

How long will my order take to ship

AUSTRALIA - 1 - 5 days, we use Australia Post and Express post only

Orders shipped to metro cities usually take 1+ business days; orders shipped to regional locations can take up to 5 business days to arrive 

You acknowledge that once your order has been shipped, any postage delays are out of our control

What will it cost me for shipping

We have a Flat rate of $14.95 per box for Express post 

What happens if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place PLEASE NOTE - All orders are packaged in an Australia Post shipping box & during late spring through to summer we use heat foil to help keep the products from melting & we attach stickers to let Australia Post know there's food inside however Kai's Cupcakes cannot be held responsible for the package if the recipient is not present to receive the order

If you are concerned about your package being left outside and exposed to pests and or heat damage, we recommend sending to an address where it can be collected or to a parcel locker

Order Cancellations and Modifications

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation if we are unable to complete the request before the order has already been shipped, please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in your delivery address are correct, if an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address
